1. Site Search

The site search is what drives LocateLincoln.com. Here you can enter in a variety of search criteria to narrow down specific properties based on your needs. You can search by building or open land sizes and types, as well as by a number of spatial criteria. You can use the Simple Search, and you can also add Advanced Search parameters to help find a property in Lincoln that's right for your business.

Simple Site Search

Select the type of space you're looking for and enter a minimum and maximum size. You may also narrow your search by selecting only properties that are for sale or for lease.

When you have entered your simple search criteria, either click the "Search" button at the bottom of the form, or use the Advanced Site Search selection below to add additional search parameters.

Advanced Site Search

In addition to basic property search criteria, you may also narrow your site selection by proximity to various features.

If it is critical that your site be near sewer and/or water infrastructure, enter a distance and size for the appropriate utility.

If proximity to a university or college is important, enter a drivetime to the nearest campus.

If you require close proximity to various means of transporation, use this search criteria to find sites which meet your needs.

If your site's location must be zoned for a specific use, select a zone type from the dropdown list.

When you've entered in your Advanced Site Search parameters, click the "Search" button at the bottom of the form.

Note: If you enter values for the Advanced section, the Simple section values will also be used in the search.

Search Results

Once you've entered your search parameters, the search engine will list all properties that meet those criteria.

From here, you can click and view information on each property individually, or for your convenience, all property reports can be e-mailed right to your inbox via QuickReports in convenient PDF format.
